If a bonus feature did not appear after you deposited or started playing, do not assume the promotion has failed. Check the offer rules, qualifying game, deposit amount and account status in that order. This guide explains the quickest checks for spingalaxy nz players, including how the current spin galaxy welcome offer works and what to do before contacting support.
1. Confirm which Spin Galaxy promotion you claimed
Spin Galaxy promotions can change, so start by opening the promotion terms linked to your account. The current New Zealand welcome offer is not a deposit match. It provides 150 bonus spins across the first three qualifying deposits, and each deposit unlocks spins for a particular pokie.
Check the current Spin Galaxy welcome offer
The first deposit of at least NZ$10 gives 50 spins on Big Bass Splash 1000. The second qualifying deposit gives 40 spins on Fruitzy Frenzy Feverenzy™, while the third gives 60 spins on Gates of Olympus 1000. You must claim the offer within 7 days of opening the account.
| Deposit | Minimum amount | Spins | Qualifying game |
|---|---|---|---|
| First | NZ$10 | 50 | Big Bass Splash 1000 |
| Second | NZ$10 | 40 | Fruitzy Frenzy Feverenzy™ |
| Third | NZ$10 | 60 | Gates of Olympus 1000 |
| Total | NZ$30 | 150 | Three named pokies |
2. Check whether your deposit qualified
A bonus feature may not trigger if the deposit was below the minimum, reversed, unsuccessful or made outside the promotional period. Each welcome-offer deposit must be at least 10 currency units. For an NZD account, that means NZ$10. The offer is for new customers and cannot be combined with another promotion.
- Confirm that the deposit shows as successful in the Bank section.
- Check that the account currency is NZD rather than another currency.
- Make sure the deposit was made within 7 days of registration.
- Check that you have not already accepted a different bonus.
Do not make another deposit simply to force a reward to appear. First check your transaction history and the promotion terms. A second payment could create a separate issue if the original transaction is still pending.
3. Open the correct game and bonus balance
Spin Galaxy bonus spins are restricted to the named game for each deposit. They will not necessarily appear in every pokie lobby or in a general cash balance. Sign in, open the relevant game directly and look for a bonus or free-spin indicator before pressing spin.
Check the bonus account before playing
Promotional credits may sit in a separate Bonus Account rather than your cash balance. If the feature is missing, close the game, refresh the account and check both balances. Avoid switching between games until you know which title is attached to the reward, because normal cash play may not count towards the promotion.
4. Review the Spin Galaxy bonus terms
The welcome offer has no wagering requirement, but that does not mean every condition disappears. The spins are fixed-value promotional plays, and the published terms do not state the spin value, maximum win or separate expiry period after crediting. The safest approach is to use them promptly while your account remains within the 7-day claim window.
Look for irregular play restrictions
Spin Galaxy says play may be reviewed before a withdrawal. Equal bets, zero-margin betting and hedge betting are listed as examples of irregular play. If the feature appeared but its winnings were removed, review these conditions before depositing again or requesting a payout.
5. Check verification and payment status
A promotion can be held while an account needs verification. Spin Galaxy may request photo identification, proof of address dated within the last 6 months, proof that you own the payment method and, in some cases, information about the source of funds. A transaction threshold of €2,000 is named in the terms for verification checks.
Look for messages in your account or email requesting documents. Submit clear, current files through the approved account process, then wait for the status to update. Do not send identity documents to an unverified address. If you are considering an online gambling service, use the same care with payment and identity details.
6. Contact Spin Galaxy support with useful details
If the checks above do not solve the problem, contact live chat and provide the exact promotion name, deposit date, amount, game title and transaction reference. Spin Galaxy advertises support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Keep screenshots of the offer, balance and deposit record, but remove passwords and unnecessary identity information.
- Record the time and date when the deposit was completed.
- Copy the promotion name and qualifying game from the terms.
- Describe what appeared on screen and what was missing.
- Ask support to confirm whether the reward is pending, declined or already credited.
- Save the conversation reference and any response.
Do not create a second account to test the offer. The promotion is for new customers, and duplicate accounts can lead to bonus restrictions or account checks. If the issue concerns a payment rather than a bonus, ask support to review the transaction separately.
Conclusion: fix the trigger before playing further
Start with the promotion date, deposit amount and qualifying game. Then check the Bonus Account, verification requests and account messages. The current offer requires three separate NZ$10 deposits for 150 spins, so an incorrect game or incomplete payment can easily explain a missing feature. If the records still do not match the terms, contact support with clear evidence and avoid further play until the issue is explained.
