Phone confirmation is part of opening a wildz account for New Zealand players, and the process depends on entering accurate contact details before the SMS PIN is sent. For readers checking wildz wildz registration from overseas, the key point is simple: the supplied mobile number must be able to receive the verification message. This guide explains what the published process confirms, how to handle a French country code, and what to check when delivery is delayed.

How wildz phone confirmation works

wildz registration starts with the required personal and contact fields. The registration flow then sends a unique PIN by SMS to the mobile number provided. You enter that PIN on the next registration screen before accepting the Terms. This confirms the number, but it does not replace any later identity or payment checks that may be required.

The SMS PIN is the central step

The published process does not describe phone confirmation as a call, email link or manual support request. It is an SMS-based step. Keep the registration screen open, check that the number is complete, and enter the PIN exactly as received. A single account is permitted, so creating another account is not a suitable workaround for a failed message.

Entering a French country code correctly

A French mobile number normally uses the international country code +33 when entered from outside France. The local leading zero is generally removed in international format, so a French mobile beginning 06 or 07 is represented with +33 followed by the remaining digits. Use the format accepted by the registration field rather than entering both +33 and the original leading zero.

Check the number before requesting another code

Country-code errors are easy to make when a form separates the country selector from the number field. If the form already applies France, do not add the code twice. If it asks for a full international number, use the complete +33 format. Repeated requests may also make it harder to identify which PIN is current, so wait briefly and use the newest message.

SMS delivery checks for New Zealand players

French numbers used while travelling in New Zealand may depend on roaming, network reception and the mobile provider’s ability to receive international service messages. These are practical delivery factors rather than published wildz guarantees. First confirm that ordinary SMS messages arrive on the same device, then check whether the phone has signal and can receive messages while roaming.

What to check when the PIN does not arrive

• Confirm the country code and mobile digits match the number you supplied.
• Check signal strength, roaming status and the phone’s blocked-message settings.
• Review the spam, filtered or unknown-sender message folders.
• Wait for the latest request before using a PIN from an earlier attempt.

wildz registration and account verification

Phone confirmation is only one part of account administration. The published terms require players to be at least 18 and allow one player account. Wildz may request identity, address and payment-ownership evidence, especially when account activity reaches its verification thresholds. These checks concern the person and payment method, not just whether an SMS reached the phone.

Keep your contact details consistent

A consistent name, address, email address and mobile number can make later reviews easier to complete. If documents are requested, identity evidence may include a passport, driving licence or national identity card. Address evidence should normally be recent, and payment evidence must match the account holder. Requested files can be uploaded in PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF or BMP format up to 6 MB.

What phone confirmation does not change

Confirming a French number does not automatically change the available currency, bonus eligibility or payment routes. The New Zealand section lists NZD among its supported currencies, while the cashier determines which methods are available to a particular account. A player considering a wildz debit card casino option should check the live cashier rather than assume every listed route will appear.

Support options if SMS delivery fails

wildz advertises live chat and support by email around the clock. Contact support only after checking the number, country code and device settings. Explain whether the number is French, whether it is currently roaming in New Zealand, and whether ordinary SMS messages arrive. Do not send passwords or unnecessary payment information in a support message.

1. Record the exact country code and number format used.
2. Check reception, roaming and message filters.
3. Request a new PIN once the first attempt has clearly failed.
4. Contact support with the account email and a short description of the issue.

Useful registration facts at a glance

These published account details help separate phone confirmation from other parts of the wildz service.

Final guidance for a French number

Use the international French format when the form requests it, avoid duplicating the +33 code, and make sure the phone can receive SMS while in New Zealand. The PIN confirms the mobile number, but account verification and payment checks remain separate. If delivery still fails after these checks, support is the appropriate next step. Other features, such as wildz live dealer games or a wildz existing player bonus, do not affect the basic SMS confirmation process.
