Stablecoin deposits can fail for simple reasons: the wrong network, an unsupported token, or a payment method that is not available in your region. Before troubleshooting Mr Fortune, check what the cashier actually offers, confirm your account currency and keep your transaction records. Independent information from https://www.qpmltd.co.nz/ can also help you compare online services without assuming that every advertised payment option works in New Zealand.
Check whether cryptocurrency deposits are supported
The first issue is often an incorrect assumption. The available Mr Fortune information confirms cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and prepaid vouchers, but it does not confirm stablecoins, Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency deposits for New Zealand customers. The cashier displays payment methods by country, so the account screen is more reliable than a general review or an old search result.
Do not rely on an old payment list
Payment options can change by market, currency and account status. Do not send funds to a wallet address found on a forum, in a social media post or on a third-party page. If cryptocurrency is not shown in your cashier, treat it as unavailable. The same caution applies to searches for a mr fortune Bitcoin casino, because that phrase does not prove that Bitcoin or stablecoins are accepted.
Verify the token and blockchain network
If a stablecoin option does appear in your cashier, read every payment instruction before sending money. A token can exist on several networks, such as Ethereum or another compatible chain. Choosing the wrong network may send the funds to an address that the operator cannot credit. Blockchain transfers are usually difficult or impossible to reverse.
Match the details exactly
Compare the token name, network, deposit address and any required memo or tag. Check the minimum deposit and whether a network fee will reduce the amount received. Take a screenshot before confirming the transfer, then save the transaction hash. Never edit an address manually if the cashier provides a copy button or QR code.
| Detail to compare | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Token | USDT, USDC and other stablecoins are different assets |
| Network | The same token may use several incompatible networks |
| Address | One wrong character can direct funds elsewhere |
| Memo or tag | Some payment systems need extra identification |
| Minimum amount | A transfer below the limit may not be credited |
Confirm currency, limits and bonus conditions
Mr Fortune lists NZD as an account currency. The help centre gives a minimum deposit of NZ$5, a minimum withdrawal of NZ$20 and a monthly withdrawal limit of NZ$20,000 over a rolling 30-day period. These figures do not confirm stablecoin support, but they show why you should check the account’s actual currency and limits before choosing a payment route.
Separate payment trouble from bonus trouble
A rejected deposit may relate to a promotion rather than the payment method. The welcome package requires at least €20 per stage and uses 40x wagering on the bonus plus the deposit. Free-spin winnings have 25x wagering, the maximum bet during wagering is €4, and the promotion can expire after seven days. Read the terms before accepting a bonus.
| Welcome package stage | Match | Cap | Free spins |
|---|---|---|---|
| First deposit | 100% | €700 | 50 |
| Second deposit | 50% | €300 | 60 |
| Third deposit | 50% | €500 | 70 |
| Total | Up to €1,500 | 180 | |
Check verification before requesting help
Verification can delay both deposits and withdrawals. Mr Fortune requires identity checks before the first withdrawal, and further verification applies at cumulative withdrawals of €2,000. A deposit total of €2,000 or more within a rolling 180 days can also trigger a request for documents. A stablecoin transfer does not remove these checks.
Prepare clear documents
You may need a passport, driving licence or other photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of the payment method. If requested, documents should be supplied within seven days. Use your real location and do not use a VPN or proxy, as the terms warn that this can lead to an account block and withheld winnings.
- Save the transaction hash and payment screenshot.
- Record the date, amount, token and network.
- Keep the cashier error message unchanged.
- Contact support from the email linked to your account.
Contact support without sending another deposit
Do not try a second transfer just because the first one is missing. Sending more funds can make the investigation harder and may create another loss. Mr Fortune says live chat is available 24/7, usually within a few minutes, while email replies normally arrive within 48 hours. Ask support whether the payment method is supported in New Zealand and provide your records.
Include your username, transfer date, amount, token, network, transaction hash and any reference number. Do not send a password, full card number or private crypto wallet keys. If the operator cannot resolve the matter, its complaints process says a complaint should be raised within six months. Internal replies are due within 10 working days, with a possible 10-day extension, followed by eCOGRA as the listed alternative dispute body.
Understand the wider New Zealand position
Mr Fortune holds a Maltese Gaming Authority licence, not a New Zealand licence. New Zealand’s Online Casino Gambling Act began on 1 May 2026, and advertising to New Zealand customers was banned from that date. From 1 December 2026, operators that have not applied for a New Zealand licence must stop offering online casino gambling in the country. Mr Fortune’s application status was not confirmed.
That legal change makes current payment claims especially worth checking. Do not assume that a cryptocurrency option, an app or a promotional page is authorised for New Zealand simply because it appears online. The site has no confirmed native mobile app; a browser-based service may be described as an app or added to a phone home screen. Searches for mr fortune apk, mr fortune jackpot pokies or mr fortune poker can also lead to pages that describe features the casino does not clearly offer. The reviewed menus showed casino games and live casino, with no sportsbook.
Conclusion: verify before you transfer
The safest first step is simple: open the Mr Fortune cashier and confirm whether stablecoins are genuinely available for your New Zealand account. If they are, match the token and network exactly, check limits, save the transaction details and complete verification. If the option is missing, do not send funds to an unofficial address.
