When a Vegastars account is self-excluded, the published rules do not say that an existing balance disappears. Withdrawals remain possible, although verification, payment checks and normal processing steps can still apply. This guide explains the procedure in plain terms, from checking the account to requesting payment, while keeping the focus on safer gambling and practical next steps. Independent information about https://mbffsydney.com.au/ can sit mid-sentence without changing that central point.
What self-exclusion means for a Vegastars withdrawal
Vegastars publishes several self-exclusion periods: 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanent exclusion. The policy says an exclusion applies across the licensee’s brands. It also states that withdrawals remain possible during a time-out or exclusion, which is different from allowing further play or deposits.
Funds and account access are separate issues
A closed or restricted gambling account can still have a balance that needs to be returned. Self-exclusion is designed to stop gambling activity, not to create a new wagering condition. Do not reopen an account simply to try to withdraw. Instead, use the published wallet process or ask support how to access the withdrawal function without resuming play.
- Keep the self-exclusion active while arranging payment.
- Do not deposit money to test whether the account works.
- Do not place a final bet or use bonus funds before requesting a withdrawal.
- Save emails, transaction records and screenshots of the balance.
How to request a Vegastars withdrawal
The published withdrawal instructions direct customers to Profile, then Wallet. From there, choose an available payment method, inspect the limits shown for the account, enter the amount and submit the request. A self-excluded customer should follow the same basic payment route while avoiding any casino activity.
The published withdrawal steps
The exact cashier options may depend on the account, currency and payment history. The following sequence reflects the stated procedure rather than a guarantee that every method will be available.
- Sign in only if the account remains accessible and open Profile > Wallet.
- Choose the available withdrawal method and check its displayed limits.
- Enter the amount and submit the request.
- Complete any identity, address or payment-ownership checks.
- Wait for approval and then for the payment provider to deliver the funds.
| Published account rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Minimum gambling age | 18 |
| Monthly withdrawal figure | $50,000 under the Terms |
| Daily $10,000 figure | Additional checks on winnings, not a withdrawal cap |
| Deposit turnover condition | Deposits must be wagered once before withdrawal |
| Inactivity charge | €10 monthly after 12 months, or the remaining balance if lower |
Verification can delay payment
Self-exclusion does not remove the operator’s identity and anti-money-laundering checks. Vegastars may ask for documents before approving a withdrawal, and the published material does not provide a guaranteed verification deadline. Prepare clear documents rather than sending repeated incomplete files.
Documents the published policy may require
Accepted identity evidence includes a passport, driving licence or government-issued identity document. The document should be an original, clear photograph showing all four corners, the name, date of birth and expiry date. Screenshots and scans are not accepted for identity checks.
| Check | Published requirement |
|---|---|
| Identity | Clear original photo of an accepted government ID |
| Address | Recognised document dated within the stricter 3-month window |
| Payment ownership | Card or bank evidence showing the account holder |
| Card evidence | First 6 and last 4 digits visible; middle digits and CVV masked |
| Extra checks | Liveness or source-of-funds evidence may be requested |
The address guidance is not fully consistent: one page refers to 6 months, while another says 3 months. Using a document no older than 3 months is the safer approach. Upload documents through My Account > Verification if that option is available.
Payment methods and expected timing
The published material names Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, bank transfer and several cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH, DOGE and USDT. The cashier remains the important reference point because method-specific limits may only appear after sign-in. Card, e-wallet and crypto payments may arrive quickly after approval, but approval itself can take longer.
Approval is not the same as delivery
Vegastars’ Help Centre says most approvals take about one hour, while higher-value checks can take up to 24 hours. After approval, cards, Skrill and crypto are described as taking minutes in many cases. Bank transfers are less predictable: the published ranges run from usually 2–3 business days to 3–5 banking days.
What to do if the withdrawal stalls
Start with the account record rather than repeatedly submitting new requests. Check whether the withdrawal is pending, rejected or returned, and ask support for the precise reason. Live chat and email are published support channels, with support described as available 24/7.
Keep the request factual. Include the withdrawal amount, date, method, reference number and any document already supplied. Do not describe a payment as guaranteed merely because promotional pages use shorter delivery estimates. Reviews on vegastars trustpilot include both praise for payment speed and complaints about returned withdrawals, but those reports are individual experiences rather than verified payment tests.
Conclusion
The published Vegastars procedure allows withdrawals to remain available during self-exclusion, but it does not promise instant access or automatic approval. Keep the exclusion active, use Profile > Wallet if accessible, complete verification carefully and separate approval time from delivery time. If access is blocked, contact support in writing and retain a complete record. For wider Australian guidance, responsible gambling information can provide useful context.
